When Should We
When Should We is a fun project we were lucky enough to work on back in 2008. The idea is to make it easier for a group of people to organise themselves and a date to meet up, or go somewhere, or do something.
No complex sign-up required, nor multiple ‘reply to all’ emails clogging up inboxes and requiring someone to administer and play party planner. No. When Should We allows any visitor to instantly create a unique and private page, accessible only to those with the link.
Those invited to a When Should We link, simply enter their name, check boxes to say which dates they can make and hit save. The creator just waits for a consensus and announces the conclusion.
